Keep lids seated, use removable labels, and keep totes indoors unless we agree otherwise. Wear from a move is expected. Cracks, holes, and missing totes are billed at catalog buyout.
Tote condition
Every tote is cleaned and serviceable before delivery. Color, lid style, IRIS lot, and light scuffs may vary from tote to tote. This is a working rental fleet, not a brand-new retail display. We do not send cracked or unusable totes. Normal cosmetic wear is expected.
Normal wear vs damage
Scratching and scuffing from a residential move is not charged. Cracked walls or lids, melting, holes, paint, permanent adhesive, contamination, missing parts, or missing totes are billed at the current catalog buyout price (replacement at our cost).
Prohibited contents
No hazardous or flammable materials, illegal substances, biohazards, or anything likely to permanently damage equipment.
Payment
We collect your card when you reserve. We charge after we confirm the tote order. If the mix is in stock, we charge the reserved amount. If we must adjust, we adjust first — then charge. The same card stays on file for extensions, add-ons, missing or destroyed totes, and unreturned equipment.
Availability
Not guaranteed until the reservation is confirmed. Style and type may vary. We keep a base fleet and supplement when needed. If we cannot fulfill after confirming, we do not charge — or we refund if a charge already posted.
Delivery
We come to you throughout Central Arkansas. We bring the totes, and we pick them up. We serve ZIP codes within 75 miles of 72116. $25 for delivery and pickup. If you’re a little farther out, we’ll review the address before we confirm.
