How we handle your information
A short policy for contact messages, reservations, and payment. We do not sell your data. Central Arkansas.
What we collect
When you write through the contact form, we receive first and last name, email, phone, reason, and the message you send. When you reserve totes, we collect the details needed to fulfill that reservation: name, email, phone, delivery and pickup addresses, dates, tote mix, and a card on file. We charge after we confirm the tote order. We keep the card brand and last four digits on your account for that later charge, extensions, and add-ons.
How we use it
We use this information to answer messages, complete reservations, deliver and pick up totes, charge the confirmed tote order, and reach you about your order. We do not sell your data.
Who we share with
We share only what is needed to run the rental — for example our payment processor, and our Central Arkansas desk and couriers for delivery. We do not sell or rent mailing lists.
