These terms cover tote reservations from TOTE-ALLY Chic in Central Arkansas.
These terms cover tote rentals from TOTE-ALLY Chic in Central Arkansas. When you reserve, you agree to the rental agreement you sign at booking and to these terms. Totes, dollies, and other rental equipment stay ours until you purchase them.
We collect your card when you reserve. We charge after we confirm the tote order. If the mix is in stock, we charge the reserved amount. If we must adjust, we adjust first — then charge. The same card stays on file for extensions, add-ons, missing or destroyed totes, and unreturned equipment.
Delivery day is the start of the rental. You are billed quantity × days × each size’s catalog daily rate, with a minimum rental period shown on the estimate. Unused days after delivery are not refunded. Extensions need our approval and additional payment.
Keep lids seated, use removable labels, and keep totes indoors unless we agree otherwise. Wear from a residential move is expected. Cracks, holes, paint, permanent adhesive, contamination, missing parts, or missing totes are billed at catalog buyout.
No hazardous or flammable materials, illegal substances, biohazards, or anything likely to permanently damage equipment. We are not responsible for property packed inside the totes.
Inventory is not guaranteed until a reservation is confirmed. Tote color, brand, lid design, or exact appearance may vary depending on availability.
