The reservation
Six steps from the first tote to pickup

1. Tell us about the house
Get help estimating for a suggestion, or skip to a preset package. Medium and Large — each with a job.

2. Choose your totes
Start with a package and add or remove sizes, or build your own mix from the first tote. Pricing updates as you go: quantity × days × daily rate. No fees hiding at the end.

3. Select delivery and pickup dates
Delivery day starts the reservation. The minimum is 7 days, through 90 days. Pickup can be a different address. We collect your card when you reserve. We charge after we confirm the tote order — or we adjust first, then charge.

4. We deliver
We come to you throughout Central Arkansas. We bring the totes, and we pick them up. You’ll get the courier’s name, portrait, and window by email and text. Chic Concierge places totes inside, room by room, if you add it.

5. You pack and move
A Tote-ally Welcome Kit arrives with the package: two Sharpies, 3×5 cards for the pockets, and a paper tote manifest. Number the card, note the size, and write what’s inside — so you can still find that sweater in the medium tote with #45 on it. Fill the paper sheet or complete the same list in your account. Need more totes mid-rental? Add them from your account.

6. We pick everything back up
Or purchase the totes you want. We’ll pick up what you don’t. Or end early — we still come get them; unused days after delivery are not refunded. After pickup, we invite a Google review — and an introduction to friends who are planning a move.
